Is spiritual direction for everyone?
Only you can know if you are ready to lean into spiritual direction, but all are welcome! I work with clients from all faith/religious affiliations, and those with no specific affiliation.
Is theological processing for everyone?
Theological processing addresses specific concepts, ponderings, or questions. While anyone is welcome to book one of these sessions, it should be noted that my expertise as a theologian is from the Christian tradition, ranging from conservative to progressive.
What is the cost of a spiritual direction or theological processing session?
$100 per 50min session. Sliding scale is available.

I see clients here locally in Chattanooga
I also offer sessions via the phone and video chat.
About Me
I am married to Joey and am mama to three sweet, strong and lovely kiddos. We live in Chattanooga, TN.

Education:
My undergraduate degree is in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute. I attended the now closed campus in Spokane, Wa, and while I think fondly of my time there, I am not on the same page theoligically as MBI. I graduated, got married, became a mother, and began to ask a lot more questions about theology. Those questions took me back to school, to an Anglican seminary. While there, I continued to desconstruct and reconstruct theology. I was introduced to some ancient/modern spiritual practices and learned new ways of being with God that were expansive and transformational. I graduated from seminary and immediately rolled into a Masters program for Spiritual Formation and Direction at Richmont Graduate University. There, I learned the art of being a Spiritual Director. It is an honor to process spirituality with clients, to embrace both the pain and beauty, and witness the process of growth.
